The Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) is the body representing the private recruitment industry in the UK.

Medirec is a corporate member of the REC.
 

The REC is the association for the £24 billion private recruitment and staffing industry in the UK, with over 6,000 recruitment agencies and over 8,000 recruitment consultants in membership.



All members must abide by a Code of Good Recruitment Practice and are subject to disciplinary procedures.
